Privacy Policy for Skypane

Last updated: 08/18/2026

Skypane ("the app") is an offline flight-tracking and augmented-reality window-view app for Android. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your data.

The short version

Skypane does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data with anyone, including the developer. The app requests no internet permission at all, so it is not technically capable of sending information anywhere, even if it were designed to.

What information the app uses, and where it stays

Optional support link

Settings includes an optional "Buy the developer a coffee" button. Tapping it opens an external page (a third-party payment/tip page) in your phone's own browser — Skypane itself does not process, see, or store anything about that transaction. That external site has its own privacy policy, which governs whatever information you choose to share with it.

Third-party services

Beyond the optional support link above (which you have to choose to tap), Skypane uses no third-party services. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting services, and no external servers of any kind otherwise. All maps, airport data, and landmark data are bundled inside the app itself.

Data sharing

Skypane shares no data with anyone, because it collects none in the first place beyond what's described above, all of which stays on your device.

Children's privacy

Skypane does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, for the reasons above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "last updated" date.
